Healthy Plate Display

The MCD organized Healthy Plate Display represented more than a nutrition awareness activity—it reflected our commitment to holistic development. Conducted and organized by Ms. Hajra Imran and Ms. Hajra Khalid, the display promoted healthy eating habits and empowered female students of GIFT University to cultivate lifestyles that enhance their personal health, family well-being, and community strength. The initiative not only helped students develop a sense of responsibility towards their own bodies but also equipped them with knowledge they can carry into their households, thus contributing to healthier family dynamics. In the long term, such awareness nurtures resilience, productivity, and confidence among young women, aligning with MCD’s vision of preparing them to play pivotal roles in nation-building through balanced living.
